1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has been handed over to our courier partners, you will receive a secondary notification containing your tracking details.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with India's leading logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners. Occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather conditions, peak festive seasons, or local transit disruptions.
3. Tracking Your Order
The moment your order is dispatched, an automated email and SMS will be sent to you containing a Tracking Number and a direct link to monitor your shipment's journey in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier portal.
4. Non-Delivery & Incorrect Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before finalizing your order.

Fashome India cannot be held responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout.

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply to dispatch the package a second time.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
Your comfort is our priority, and we ensure all products are packed securely in premium bag packaging before dispatch.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take a photo or video of the packaging before opening it.

Reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the visual proof so we can immediately arrange a replacement for you.
